Pepzilla provides educational information, AI-assisted protocol planning, and access to a catalog of research compounds. The information on this platform is for educational and research purposes only. Pepzilla does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, and no doctor-patient relationship is formed through use of the Service.
4. Purchases and payments
Products available for purchase through the catalog are sold for research, educational, and informational purposes. All sales are processed through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and may change at any time without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties in your jurisdiction.
5. Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed, except in cases of shipping error or product defect at our discretion. 6. User accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

All content on the platform—including text, compound profiles, AI outputs, design, and software—is the property of Pepzilla or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without permission; use the platform to facilitate the sale or distribution of controlled substances; or engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pepzilla makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on the platform. Your use of the Service and any research compounds is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepzilla and its affiliates, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any products purchased through it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
