We do not store card numbers—payment processing is handled by Stripe. • Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referrer URL, collected automatically via server logs and analytics tools.
2. How we use your information
We use collected information to: • Authenticate your account and maintain session security. • Deliver and improve the AI-assisted protocol planning service. • Process and fulfill orders placed through the catalog. • Send transactional communications (order confirmations, authentication codes). • Analyze usage patterns to improve platform performance and content. • Comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
